Linda Heng is a Principal Mediator and Principal Trainer with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), where she focuses on shareholder, intellectual property, contract, employment and healthcare disputes.
More recently, Linda became interested in how technology and artificial intelligence can assist parties in disputes. With this in mind, she co-founded and is the CEO of ResoX (Resolution Exchange), an end-to-end online digital platform that connects users to mediation and arbitration professionals using tech innovations including ODR and AI.
Linda is often engaged for high-stakes disputes including among start-up founders, trustees and family businesses. She is also trains professionals from the business, education, medical, legal and public sectors in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Linda began her career as a mediator after attending the Harvard Program on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution the trained in Psychology and Mediation with Regents University (London) and with CEDR. She is a certified mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institution (SIMI) and the International Mediation Institution (IMI), an accredited conflict coach with Conflict Coaching International (Australia) and sits on the Hong Kong Mainland China Joint Mediation Centre’s International Panel.
Linda holds a Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration, a Masters in Mass Communication and a BA in Business Administration and Organisational Behaviour.
