Charissa Soh is Adobe’s Head of Legal for the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions, based in Singapore. Charissa leads a talented and diverse team of over 20 lawyers and legal specialists, who are based in 5 countries across the region.

With over 16 years of in-house tech experience, she has a strong understanding of the legal intricacies faced by tech firms, especially in areas such as technology and software licensing, data privacy, intellectual property, and online safety. Her regional role has also given her experience in a broad range of areas across the complexities of different countries, in areas such as competition law, employment law, compliance, and litigation.

As a leader, Charissa’s approach is rooted in principles that prioritize ethics, business-driven legal solutions, and empowering and elevating her team. She strives to create an environment that inspires growth, and where people are happy to work. One of her contributions was creating and implementing a customized leadership development program for Adobe’s global Legal, Security & Policy Department.

Charissa is a Singapore and English qualified lawyer. Prior to Adobe, Charissa practised at Rajah & Tann, focusing on intellectual property and technology law.
