Pavan currently works closely with the LTS team on their Generative AI transformation. As a major proponent of machine learning, AI and data driven decision making, he has been working on such endeavours for over 20 years. Prior to working with LTS, Pavan served as the Director of the AI Programme Office at IMDA, was the Head of Data Science (APAC) at McLaren Applied and has worked in a wide range of organisation types, including start up, MNC, Research Institutes, and as well, in Defence Science. Over his career, Pavan has had the opportunity to be part of and lead teams of scientists and engineers from the region and beyond, while working closely with clients towards the delivery of professional services and products on local and globally distributed projects in legal, retail, healthcare, transport, and mining domains.
