Justin started his legal career at Drew & Napier before joining Tito Isaac & Co. At Tito Isaac & Co, Justin headed the litigation and banking practice departments. In pursuit of a full-service yet family-orientated practice, Justin set up Justin Chan Chambers of which he is the Managing Partner. Over the years Justin has built up a strong body of work that includes trusts and equitable remedies, building and construction, matrimonial issues, director’s duties, restraint of trade and confidential information, shareholder disputes and intellectual property.
