Marcus is the Director (APAC) and Country Manager (Singapore) for Lupl. A Singapore qualified lawyer with a double degree in Business from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Marcus previously practiced in technology and telecommunications before taking on an appointment as the founding Executive Director and later CEO of the Singapore International Mediation Institute. During this time, he also became an adjunct assistant professor with NUS Law.

Now at Lupl, he brings his expertise in driving innovation and collaboration across private-public partnerships through his management of Lupl’s contribution to the Legal Tech Platform Initiative as the Ministry of Law’s platform partner. He is also responsible for steering the company’s growth in Singapore and APAC through strategic partnerships.
