Sally has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions, having worked as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in San Francisco and at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto. She also gained insights into the legal operations of a global tech company as in-house counsel on Uber’s corporate/commercial team. Sally earned her JD from the University of Toronto and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
