Stef Chua is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Vault Personnel, a premier HR Consulting and Advisory Firm established in 2020. With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, she has been instrumental in supporting businesses across ASEAN. Also serving as a Committee Member of the Bosses Network Youth Chapter (BNYC), Stef actively contributes to planning and organising overseas learning initiatives.

Her entrepreneurial journey, which began at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, was featured in the Shin Min Daily in 2023. As a sought-after speaker, Stef recently delivered a keynote for WorkForce Singapore (WSG), addressing over 500 attendees on overcoming HR challenges for SMEs.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Manchester Business School.
